Internet Desk, Inc. began business in 1986 as Graphic Solutions and has since provided small and medium sized businesses in the Dallas area with a variety of services essential to their success. While the initial direction was to be services related to the printing industry and printing needs of small businesses, the primary thrust of the enterprise was turned more and more to computer-related areas as time passed. While clients were expressing their needs for graphic services, they frequently expressed needs relating to their computer usage. The need for personalized one-on-one computer services was apparent, and so the evolutionary change took place. Today, Internet Desk, Inc. provides an ever-expanding list of services to businesses relating to their computer needs.

Consulting Defined
In the traditional sense, consulting could be defined as the sale of advice, but Graphic Solutions takes that definition much further to include the more encompassing definition of "Computer, Software and Internet Problems Resolved", as the business card reads. This includes not only advice on the proper direction of a needed change, but the screwdriver-in-hand and fingers-on-the-keyboard solutions that may be required by certain client's needs. This hands-on attitude has resulted in Internet Desk, Inc. providing some off-site computer services which are either beyond the scope or beyond the desire of clients to perform for themselves.
